| 摘 要： | 我国民族传统体育历史悠久,内容丰富,形式多样,并且具有鲜明的传统文化和民族特点,是前人先辈在体育文化上智慧的结晶,是大众喜闻乐见的体育活动形式。把民族传统体育元素引入高校体育教学有着诸多的价值,然而与亚洲日本、韩国以及西方发达国家相比,我国民族传统体育发展和研究相对滞后。基于此,本文首先阐述了民族传统体育相关概念,然后就把民族传统体育元素引入高校体育教学的价值优势等进行了分析,与此同时,在总结分析高校民族传统体育教学问题的基础上,提出了民族传统体育元素融入高校体育教学的实践策略。

| Abstract: | China’s national traditional sports has a long history,rich in content,diverse in forms,and has distinct traditional culture and national characteristics.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of predecessors in sports culture,and is a popular form of sports activities.It is of great value to introduce the elements of national traditional sports into college physical education.However,compared with Asia,Japan,South Korea and western developed countries,the development and research of national traditional sports in China has lagged behind.Based on this,this paper first expounds the related concepts of national traditional sports,and then analyzes the value advantages of introducing national traditional sports elements into college physical education.At the same time,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the problems of college national traditional sports teaching,this paper puts forward the practical strategies of Integrating National traditional sports elements into college physical education. |
