| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实验法,比较分析法和调查法等方法,根据我国高校篮球教学的现状和发展趋势,通过探讨拓展训练和篮球运动的共性以及拓展训练中团队项目对篮球集体性的补充和延伸来寻求一条提高篮球课堂教学效果和篮球整体技术水平的有效途径,试着将拓展训练引入高校篮球课程,以期为篮球课程创新提供一个新的思路,为推动素质教育和深化体育课程改革提供参考依据.
