当前学生体质健康教育的三大认识误区及其超越

摘    要:当前学生体质健康教育存在着"学校独角戏论"、"专门体育论"和"即时效果论"三大认识误区,从根本上制约了学生体质健康的促进与发展。"独角戏化"使学校体育的优势式微;专门化的体育,对学生的体育与健康品质形成和发展并不一定是"福音";经济主义导向的体育实效追求并不恰当。面对经济社会的变迁,应树立新的体育观,以"合力体育论"、"生活体育论"和"终身体育论"超越学生体质健康教育的认识误区,推动学生体质的健康发展。

Abstract:At present, there is a cognitive misunderstanding in students" physical health education, including the theory of school monodrama, theory of exclusive sports and theory of instant effect, which radically restrict the development and improvement of students" physical health. The theory of school monodrama reduces the great advantages of school sports teaching; And it is not always a blessing for students in the development of health and character when they are instructed by exclusive sports teaching; In fact actual efficency and persuit from modern sports teaching controlled by economism are far away from rationality. Facing the great change in social and economic process, it is indeed necessary for us to rebuilt and improve new sporting value with resultant sports theory, life sports theory and life -long sports theory. Only in this way may we overcome the cognitive misunderstanding in students' physical health and impulse the development of physical health for students.
