| 摘 要： | 随着竞技体育的市场化、产业化，竞技体育中出现了一些违反体育规则甚至触犯法律的行为，因此，竞技体育领域需要司法介入。司法介入竞技体育领域包括理论法规、观念意识、执行程序三个层次。司法介入的时机是有证据证明有犯罪事实；司法介入有群众举报、体育行政机关移送、司法机关主动审查三个途径。

| Abstract: | Judicature is needed to be introduced in the field of sports judicature including legislation,legal consciousness and execute process.Before resorting the law,there must be some evidence proving the crime committed.There is three routes in judicature,the crowd recommend,the removal of sprots administration department and the initiative investigate of judicature office. |
