| 摘 要： | 篮球运动是深受大学生喜爱的运动项目,也是高校体育教学的主要课程之一。然而,女大学生由于受其身心特点的影响,在学习热情和参与的主动性方面都有较大的差别。本文采用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法,经过3年的跟踪教学实践探索和课题研究,探索高校女大学生篮球教学的最佳教学模式。在新教学模式培养下,女大学生的篮球课达标成绩、技术水平和体育课兴趣都优于传统篮球课的教学效果。实践证明这种教学模式有利于培养女大学生篮球学习兴趣,提高女大学生篮球专项课的教学质量,使其达到“学有所长、学有所用”的教学效果,并为终身体育打下良好的基础。

| Abstract: | Basketball is a favorite sport event to college student,and is also a main subject in curricula.However,the female student was influenced on the mental and physical factors and it is different in enthusing and participating motive.Methods of document,questionnaire and experience was applied on the paper during three year's investigating experience on basketball teaching,a news female-basketball teaching model of dividable and class-outclass form was set up.The performance,merit score and interesting is superior to that of the tradition.It has been shown that this basketball teaching pattern has advantages to enhance the interesting on basketball for female student,improve the teaching qualified major on basketball,achieve the affection of the motto"expert in learning useful after learning" and lay a solid basis for lifelong sports. |
