| 摘 要： | 文章主要运用运动训练学、运动生理学、运动创伤学、运动心理学等多学科理论,结合网球运动的特点,对我国优秀男子网球运动员运动损伤的现状进行调查研究,着重分析运动损伤发生的原因、规律以及预后效果等,以为实现我国男子网球运动训练的科学化,提高我国男子网球运动员的运动水平,延长运动寿命,提供相应的科学指导。

| Abstract: | With the theories from sport training,physiology,sport injury and sport psychology,combining the characteristics of tennis,the paper does the inverstigation on the sport injuries of Chinese excellent tennnis athletes,mainly analyzes the reasions of their injuries,rules and expected effects,tries to find some scientific guidances for Chinese tennnis scientific training and improving Chinese tennis athletes level and sport life. |
