摘    要:"新课标"颁布实施后,中小学体育课程改革不断深化,对体育教师也提出了新的、更高的要求。通过对一线体育教师的调查与访问,中小学体育教师在专业知识、组织能力、身心素质、体育专项技能和体育教学能力方面还有需要进一步提高和改善的方面。在体育师资培养过程中得到如下启示:将"新课标"纳入体育教育专业课程体系;强化体育基础理论知识,努力提高体育教育专业学生的文化水平;加强实践培养环节,使学生掌握现代的教学方法与手段以及体育活动的组织方法;加强现代化教学工具的学习与使用,突出专项技能。
