| 摘 要： | 健身气功是中国几千年传统文化的组成部分,它以自身形体活动、呼吸吐纳、心理调节相结合为主要运动形式,以追求与自然、社会及自身和谐为价值取向,并对强身祛病,修身养性发挥着积极作用,是人们喜闻乐见的传统体育项目.为此,文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等通过查阅大量有关健身气功在各方面的资料,分析其作用机制,得出它在创建和谐社会过程中所持有的维护人的健康、丰富人们的业余生活、创造社会财富、促进文化的繁荣、提供稳定的社会环境等方面具有很重要的功能,是构建和谐社会的重要内容之一.同时本文又针对性的做了进一步研究,得出一些建议,以期能对广大健身气功爱好者在日后的习练生活中得到更好的积极指导作用.

| Abstract: | Health qigong is the component of Chinese traditional culture with several thousand years,it has the forms of body activity,breathing,psychological adjustment combination as the main forms of exercise,to pursuit and nature,society and body harmony as value orientation,and to prevent illnesses,cultivate one’s morality playing a positive role.It is the traditional sports project loved by people.Therefore,this article with the methods of literature,logical analysis,through consulting a large number of relevant studies of health qigong,analyzes the mechanism of actions of qigong,finds its functions in the creation of a harmonious society in the process of the holdings of maintenance of people’s health,enriching people’s leisure life,creating social wealth,promoting cultural prosperity,providing stable social environment and other aspects,all these are the important contents of constructing harmonious society.At the same time this paper also does the further research,offers some suggestions,so as to give some general health qigong lovers better positive guiding in the future practice. |
