| 摘 要： | 文章从武术作为我国传统文化和民间文艺作品的一种，应受法律保护的角度出发，对武术的涵义及文化特点进行阐述，通过探寻武术的法理保护根据对现行法律保护武术的状况进行分析，并指出应建立相应的立法以加强对其保护力度，从而为中国武术的发展保驾护航，使其弘扬世界。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the definition and cultural characteristics of Wushu from the point that Wushu must be protected as one kind of traditional culture and folk art Works in China, analyzing the situations of the current laws on the protection of Wushu by exploring the legal protection on Wushu, and pointing out that the relevant legislation should be established to strengthen its protection so that the Wushu can be developed smoothly and carried forward to the world. |
