| 摘 要： | 文章以宁夏四所普通高校开设健身气功选项课的可行性为研究对象，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法，分别对宁夏各高校开设健身气功课程的现状、师资力量、健身场地、学生身心状况及养生知识认知等方面进行了调查分析。调查结果显示：宁夏普通高校中仅有宁夏大学开设健身气功课程；各高校健身场地器材和师资力量均有利于健身气功课程的开展；各高校大部分学生在身心健康方面均有或多或少的问题；大多数学生均表示对健身气功选项课感兴趣。文章旨在为宁夏普通高校开设健身气功课程提供理论依据，通过开设此课程进一步提高学生身心健康状况，传承中华传统体育养生文化。

| Abstract: | The research object of the article is the feasibility, of＂ offering the fitness Qigong elective course of four colleges and universities in Nmgxia. By the means of＂ documenting, questioning, expert interviewing and mathematical statistics methods, the study does the investigation and analysis of present situations of fitness Qigong courses in colleges and universities of Ningxia, including teachers, fitness facilities, students＇ physical and mental health status and cognitive aspects. Results show： Ningxia University is the only one who opens fitness Qigong course; the fitness thcilities and teachers are in favor off Qigong courses; most of the students in various colleges and universities have more or less physical and mental health problems; most of the students are interested in fitness Qigong elective course. The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the Ningxia colleges and universities developing fitness Qigong courses, through this course to improve students＇ physical and mental health, to inherit Chinese traditional sports culture heritage. |
