| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从武术与高校能够相溶的基本属性特征的文化性、教育性、健身防身性入手,对现代高校武术教学的状况进行了分析,找出影响武术教学效果的一些因素:(1)学生起点低,教材的创编缺乏科学性;(2)教学课时少,时间短;(3)教学内容单一,教学方法单调等因素。并根据存在的问题,提出武术教学在教学内容上要以"技理结合"为原则,不仅注重运动形式,还要加强武术文化的传授;丰富教学内容,科学创编教材;在教法上注重"体用结合"等教学方法的革新等改革措施。

| Abstract: | The paper with the methods of literature and logical analysis tries to find a series of affecting factors from culture, educational funtion, fitness and self-defensefunction, combined Wushu with university education ,in light of the situation of Wushu' teaching in university.The factors includ :low starting point of student,the lack of scientific textbook,less hours of class teaching, monotonous content and teaching method. In accordance with these problems, the paper proposes a serises of reformation principle with combining technology with theory, which can not only focus on motor form but also Strengthen to teaching of Wushu culture, but also can rich the content of teaching, and emphasize the innovation of teaching method combining skill with application. |
