摘    要:文章通过对学练武术的学生进行下肢损伤调查,结果表明:下肢损伤发生率较高,并且以大小腿拉伤、踝关节扭伤和膝关节损伤等较为多见。准备活动不充分、用力过猛、技术不正确、场地不当等是发生损伤的主要原因,如果在学练武术过程中增强防伤意识,进行科学习练,加强医务监督等,均能有效地避免或减少武术运动中下肢损伤的发生。

Abstract:Through the investigation on the student who practice Wushu, the paper carries on leg injuries investigation, and finds that leg injuries formation rate is high, and mainly on the mallelus joint damage, the big calf pulling injury and the knee joint damage and so on. There are many causes .For example, the warming-up exercise unfully, making an effort excessively fiercely, wrong technology and the location improper. We can effectively avoid the occurrence or reduce the leg damages in Wushu, through the ways of strengthen guards against the wound consciousness, carrying on the science training, enhancing medical affairs surveillance and so on.
