| 摘 要： | 普通高校作为一块开展民族传统体育教育的重要阵地,对于民族传统体育的继承和发展有着十分重要的意义。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、归纳分析法等研究方法,在阐释民族传统体育的文化内涵及特征的基础上,从不同角度论述了民族传统体育在高校体育教育中的作用,着重分析了当前普通高校民族传统体育的开展特点,并且对民族传统体育在高校开展的未来趋势进行了理性的阐述。

| Abstract: | University is an important position to develop national traditional sports.It also plays key roles in inheriting national traditional sports.By using the literature method,expert visiting method and analysis method,based on explaining the culture meaning and characteristics of national traditional sports,this paper discusses its function in physical education from different point of views,and most of all,the paper emphasizes on analysis expansion characteristics and developing trend of national traditional sports in university. |
