| 摘 要： | 为贯彻和落实教育部《武术类课程教学指导纲要》的精神,即以"淡化套路、突出方法、强调应用"的原则推进高校武术教学改革。本研究采用实验法、调查分析法和文献资料法,对陕西理工学院体育教育专业武术必修课进行分组教改实验。结果表明:加大基础练习力度,重视提高练习方法,突出武术的实效性,能够有效地活跃课堂气氛,同时教学效果及学生的技能掌握情况均有显著改善。

| Abstract: | For carrying out and implementation the content of Ministry of Education's Wushu Course Teaching Guide Outline, namely with high Wushu reform in education in the school of the principle propulsion of "downplay routine teaching, outstanding method and emphasizing application".This research adopting experiment method, investigate analysis method and cultural heritage data method, manage the faculty of engineering athletics to educate the set that the professional Wushu required. The experimental result: the enlargement foundation practices strength, value an exaltation practice method, the real results of outstanding Wushu; can effectively stimulate classroom atmosphere, teaching effect and the student's technical ability control in the meantime the circumstance all has already shown a obvious improvement. |
