| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对武术散打比赛防守反击技术的实战性表现形式以及影响防守反击技术的发挥因素,如何更好地使散打防守反击技术在比赛中得以运用,使之更具实战性三方面进行分析、研究。从研究结果可以看出散打运动员的技术动作、心理素质、实战经验对散打防守反击技术在比赛中的运用具有很重要的影响。因此,针对以上问题,我们必须加强运动员身体素质、技术动作和实战训练;注重战术思想的培养;注重运动员心理素质的训练。

| Abstract: | With the methods of document study,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,surveys and other methods,the paper studies and analyzes the impact factors of Wushu Sanshou Competition defensive counterattack technology combat manifestations and play a defensive counterattack technical factors,how to improve Sanda defense to counterattack in the game to make more use of actual combat.According to the analysis of the three areas,research,the results can be seen from the athletes Sanda technical actions,psychological quality,actual combat experience of Sanda defensives counterattack in the competition play a very important impact.Therefore,addressing the above issues must be strengthened to improve athletes athletes physical,technical and necessary real combat training;focus on tactical thinking development of athletes and focus on the psychological quality training are very importand. |
