| 摘 要： | 文章针对目前高校太极拳教学现状,运用优化设计理论,在"简化太极拳"教学过程中,运用优化模式教学,结合攻防实践,引发学生学习兴趣,加深其对动作要领的理解和掌握,形成、延长了动作记忆,使学生学习主体性得以加强。实验前后教学数据表明,过程优化设计能够明显提高太极拳教学效果,优于传统教学模式。

| Abstract: | According to the teaching actuality of Taiji in colleges and universities,this paper tries to explore the optimization design theory and mode teaching to arouse students' interest and offer a deeper understanding on the key points of the actions in the teaching of "Simplified Taijiquan".It helps to form and prolong students' memory of actions and enhance their function as the principal part in learning.The data before and after the experimentation show that the optimization design is capable of improving Taiji teaching effect and is superior to traditional teaching mode. |
