| 摘 要： | 太极拳已成为大众化、全民性的传统健身项目,众多高校都把其列为体育教学的一部分。兴趣是最好的老师,通过对学生太极拳兴趣的培养,就可以把单调、枯燥的、消极和被动的太极拳教学变成丰富的、有趣的积极和主动学习过程,这种教学方法是提高太极拳教学效率的一种有效手段。

| Abstract: | The Taijiquan have been a traditional sports event for people. It has became a part of PE teaching in many college. Through cultivating interest of Taijiquan to college students, could make the dull and negative Taijiquan teaching become an interesting and positive learning process, and make this way become an effective means for improving Taijiquan teaching effect. |
