| 摘 要： | 文章根据武术及休闲的定义对休闲武术进行界定,然后对休闲武术发展演变的历程进行了分析,阐述了各个历史时期的主要内容,指出休闲武术的发展是随着社会的发展和人们的需要而发展的。
