| 摘 要： | 篮球意识是篮球运动的精髓,是比赛中指导正确行动的活的灵魂。篮球意识在篮球运动中起着重要作用,随着篮球运动的发展,其作用也愈显突出。文章从篮球意识的概念、内容、形成,及当前篮球运动员篮球意识如何培养和提高等方面进行了论述,从而提高运动员对篮球意识的本质、篮球运动规律的认识,进一步提高篮球运动水平。

| Abstract: | Basketbal awareness is the essence of basketball games, is the living soul of correct motions in games. It plays an important role in basketball games. With the development of basketball games, its role is more outstanding. The paper from the view of basketball awareness concept,content and forms studies how to develop anthletes' basketball awareness and how to improve it, tries to improve athletes getting the essence and rules of basketball games to improve the level of the games. |
