| 摘 要： | 文章以上海市30家健身俱乐部的会员作为调查和访谈对象,了解了当前健身会所课程设置状况,从太极拳的推广现状、太极拳的特点和健身功效以及假设健身俱乐部开设太极拳课程的市场调查多方面分析,论证了太极拳课程在健身俱乐部开设和传播的可行性,并为健身俱乐部合理开展太极拳课程提出了合理性建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Shanghai,30health clubs members are taken as a survey and interview subjects,to understand the current situations of health club curriculum.From the promotion status of Taijiquaj and fitness effect of Tajiquan club marketing,the paper analyzes the feasibility of starting Taijiquan curriculum in health clubs and tries to find reasonable proposals for Taijiquan curriculum development in health clubs. |
