| 摘 要： | 武术运动作为中华民族的优秀传统文化,在高校体育课中占有重要的一席之地。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,得出要改进和丰富高校武术选修课的教学内容,将武德教育深入到课内课外,引入武术段位制考评机制等改进和提高武术课教学。

| Abstract: | Being a component of the Chinese outstanding traditional culture,Wushu occupies an important place in college physical education.The methods of literature consultation and specialist interview are adopted in the paper.It concludes that in order to improve and enrich the teaching contents,we should penetrate Wushu ethic education in and outside class and introduce in Wushu Dan examination system. |
