| 摘 要： | 教育部实施的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》指出：“为了实现体育课程目标，应使课堂教学与课外、校外的体育活动有机结合，学校与社会紧密联系，要把有目的、有计划、有组织的课外体育锻炼，校外（社会、野外）活动，运动训练等纳入体育课程，形成课内外、校内外有机联系的课程结构。”文章通过对武术课目前存在的问题和实行“课内外一体化”教学模式的优势进行的初步论证，对这一教学模式的真正实施提供一定的理论支持。

| Abstract: | “Syllabus for the Teaching of Physical Education in General Colleges and Universities in China” published by the Ministry of Education says： “in order to achieve the goal of physical education curriculum, combine the inside and outside P.Eo class together, keep a close relation between colleges and society, the outside class body exercises and sports should be considered in class to combine the outside and inside class P.E. activities teogether.” Based on studying the existing problems in current Wushu teaching, the paper probes the advantages in the combination of the inside and outside class Wushu activities, and tries to find out some theoretical help for the implementation of such kind of intigration. |
