| 摘 要： | 技击术是太极拳的精华，没有技击含义的太极拳就不能称之为“拳”，练太极拳只有体用兼备，才可达到武术之上乘。太极推手是练习太极拳技击的一种基本方法，“沾连黏随”作为太极推手技法特点的表现形式贯穿于太极推手的始终，通过深入分析这一技法来进一步揭示太极推手之精妙。

| Abstract: | The skills are the distillate of Taijiquan. The Taijiquan without striking skills means nothing, and can＇t be called ＂Quan＂. Only practicing Taijiquan with skill using and body practice, can the practitoner reach a better state. Pushing hand is a kind of basic skills while ＂ZhanLianNianSui＂ are skill characteristics of Taiji pushing handa. Through deeply study and analyze the essence and skills using key points to show the excellent skills of Taiji pushing hands. |
