中老年人42式太极拳锻炼效果的研究

摘    要:文章通过对中老年人42式太极拳全套演练过程中心率的动态监测,分析42式太极拳的运动强度和运动规律,并进行运动强度个人感觉评价指标对照,结果表明,42式太极拳符合全民健身活动的标准,中老年人通过42式太极拳的练习可以取得良好的健身效果。

Abstract:The middle and old age were chosen to rehearsal the whole 42-style Taijiquan, during the process, and were monitored the indexes of their heart rate to analysis the exercise intensity and rule, and also the paper judged the exercise intensity personal feeling. The result shows that the exercise intensity and exercise volume are accord with the standard of whole people physical exercise. So through the training of 42-stytle Taijiquan, the students could get the good effect for health.
