| 摘 要： | 太极拳是中华民族的优秀传统体育项目,其优秀的传统文化内涵和健身价值被世人所认同,而体现其技击项目的推手是让人体验太极的魅力所在。推手是展示太极拳攻防技击的重要演示项目,如何在推手中战胜对手处于优势,本文通过一些实战现例和"中正"的作用对"中正"在太极推手中的作用进行了分析研究。
