| 摘 要： | 全球化进程中，文化竞争成为综合国力的重要因素。武术是中国国粹之一，是具有重要价值的优秀民族传统文化。同时，武术文化对中华民族的形成有深远持久的影响，然而当今传统武术的发展状况却令人担忧。为促进武术的健康发展，应注重现代法律法规的力量，加强知识产权对武术的保护。文章针对知识产权中的著作权及商标权提出建议和措施，通过法律法规的完善促进武术发展。
