高校散打运动员赛前训练尿10项值的变化分析

摘    要:文章通过观察高校散打运动员赛前训练尿10项值的变化,对运动员机能状况、恢复能力进行监测和评估,同时对10名散打运动员进行赛前10天测试晨尿、散打专项训练及体能训练运动后新鲜尿液测定。采用英国Bayer公司生产的半自动化尿十项分析仪及其配套试纸按其说明进行检测。结果显示:受试运动员阳性反应指标高低依次为,尿蛋白79.1%(晨尿72.0%、运动后85.0%)、尿潜血30.0%(晨尿12.0%、运动后45.0%)、尿酮体5.5%(晨尿2.0%、运动后8.0%)和胆红素5.5%(晨尿6.0%、运动后5.0%);尿比重〉1.030超过1/3。表明高校散打运动员赛前尿10项指标反应具有范围广、程度高的特点。

Analyze on the Change of Ten Urine Items Data of Sanda Athletes in College before Competition

Abstract:This article is to find out the change of the urine 10 items data of the Sanda athletes in colleges before their competitions, to monitor and appraise their physical conditions and restoring force. Method: Examining 10 athletes' first urine in the early morning, as well as the urine after special training and physical training 10 days before their matches. The examination was carried out under the instruction of the semi-automatic machine for urine 10 items test and the counter indicator paper made by English Bayer Corporation. Result: The positive data of the tested athletes is as following: Pro79.1%( urine in the early morning 72.0%, urine after exercise 85.0%) BLO30.0%(urine in the early morningl2.0% , urine after exercise45.0%) u-KET5.5%(urine in the early morning2.0%, urine after exercise8.0%) and Bi15.5%(urine in the early moruing6.0%, urine after exercise5.0%); SG data over 1.030 is more than 1/3. Conclusion: It is concluded that the response of the urine 10 term data is of broad scope and high degree.
