| 摘 要： | 太极推手是武术对抗项目之一,为了了解该项目发展的现状,预测太极推手发展趋势。本文运用文献资料法、调查访问法、录像分析法、现场观摩法、比较法等方法对太极推手的现状与对策进行了研究,认为目前的太极推手比赛在竞赛一体化、技术的规范化、训练手段的科学化等方面均有不足,需要不断完善该运动项目的理论、技术、教学训练、赛制、科研等体系。

| Abstract: | Taiji push-hands is one of the Wushu wrestling sports. In order to know the current situation and the future strategies of Taiji push-hands' development, by studying documents and data, investigating practitioners and visiting experts, watching its displaying, comparing it with other sports, the paper finds out that there are some defects in the competition system, technique regulations, and training methods, and suggests that we need to improve the theory, technique and training methods to promote the scientific development of Taiji push-hands. |
