| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析的研究方法,对太极拳运动进入高职院校进行可行性分析,研究认为：从课程设置方面来看,可以丰富教学内容;从学习效果上来看,不仅可以提高学生的爱国主义情怀、培养学生传统养生观,而且通过学习太极拳,可以起到强身健体、娱乐身心的作用。另外,太极拳运动由于不受场地、器材设施的限制,可以激发学生学习的积极性,有利于学生终身体育思想的培养。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature and logical analysis,the paper does the study on the feasibility of developing Taijiquan in vocational colleges.The study finds that：from the curriculum point of view,Taijiquan can enrich the teaching content;from the learning point of view,it can not only improve students patriotism,develop students view on Chinese traditional fitness sports,and by teaching them to practice Taijiquan,we can improve their health and entertain their body and mind.In addition,because practicing Taijiquan without the limitation of space,equipment,facilities,it can stimulate students＇ enthusiasm and interest,help students to form lifelong sport thoughts. |
