| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以怎样上好一节武术课为主体,结合中国传统武术文化来研究武术教学问题,具体分析武术教学课中文化的应用及武术教学内容要点的应用。结论认为：课堂教学应包括以文化引导武术课教学、依武术拳种的特点进行教学、武术课教学中象形文化的应用、“出之贵实、用之贵虚”套路意境的美学特征教学应用等内容。

| Abstract: | The article, using the methods of literature and expert interview, studies how a good Wushu teaching class can do as the main body, combined with traditional Chinese Wushu culture, analyze the culture application in Wushu lessons and the application of the main points of Wushu teaching content. Conclusions include： classroom teaching should include t Wushu culture introduction, according to the characteristics of Wushu styles to teach, the application of the pictographic culture, routine aesthetic features application in Wushu teaching. |
