论太极拳的养生健身功能

摘    要:太极拳是我国优秀的文化遗产之一。其哲理博大精深,是祖国传统养生健身瑰宝,具有独特的修身、健身、防身功能。对养生、健身有着丰富的经验,是优秀传统文化的代表,是科学健身的典范。文章从太极拳的健身原理、养生保健作用等方面,阐述了太极拳对人体的健身养生功能,认为太极拳对人体的健康有非常重要的意义,有利于人修身养性,从而进一步加强人们对太极拳的正确认识,并对提高太极拳锻炼效果提出了相应对策。

Abstract:Taijiquan is one of the excellent cultural heritages in China,which is Chinese traditional treasure of health preserving and fitness and has broad and profound philosophy and unique functions of morality cultivation,fitness and self-defence.Taijiquan is the representative of the excellent traditional culture and apotheosis,which has rich experience of health preserving and fitness.This paper discusses the health preserving and fitness function of Taijiquan from body-building principle and health preserving function.The paper argues that Taijiquan has important significance to the body health,and is benefit to cultivating oneself both in body and morality.So that it improves people's recognition to Taijiquan and puts forward countermeasures to improve the exercise effect of Taijiquan.
