| 摘 要： | 太极拳是我国民族传统体育项目,是一种用中国古代的阴阳、太极理论来解释拳理而命名的拳术。在太极拳整套动作技能的形成阶段,由于太极拳动作比较复杂,而且还经常伴有转体进退和改变方向,使初学者往往手脚不能兼顾,很难形成完整的动作技能。针对以上的情况,在教学中运用心理技能训练中的表象训练来辅助教学,可以取得更好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Taijiquan is one of our nation's traditional sports, and it got the name because it uses the theory of Yin and Yang and the theory of Taiji. In the routine study of Taijiquan, because its movements are so complicated and often having turning body and stepping actions that the it is very difficult for the beginners to grasp the essence of movements. While applying the psychological skills of imagery training can help the teaching and study of Taijiquan, and can get better teaching effects. |
