| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等研究方法,对延安市宝塔区中小学花样跳绳开展现状进行调查,研究结果显示：延安市宝塔区中小学花样跳绳已经开展;影响花样跳绳开展的主要因素是组织管理不力,指导教师严重缺乏、体育场地设施和器材不足和学生学习负担与压力等。为此提出相关建议,为进一步开展＂阳光体育运动＂,推广民间传统体育项目转播,促进学生全面发展提供依据。

| Abstract: | This article utilizes the methods of literature,interview,field investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,does the survey of synchronized rope skipping development in primary and secondary schools of Baota District of Yan＇an city.The results show that： synchronized rope skipping has better development in the primary and secondary schools of Baota district of Yan＇an city,but there are some influencing factors in its development,such as the lack of organization and management,the serious lack of guiding teachers,sports facilities and equipment deficiencies and students＇ learning burden and pressure,etc.Therefore,the paper puts forward relevant recommendations for further development of ＂sunshine sports＂,the promotion of traditional folk sports spread,to provide a basis for promoting the comprehensive development of students. |
