| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,通过对甘肃高校公共体育课开设状况及特点、教师比例、学历、职称、年龄结构、教学能力和科研能力等现状的调查与分析.提出了通过增加教师数量,稳定教师队伍,提高教师素质等促进学校体育工作发展的措施.

| Abstract: | Through document study, investigation and statistics, based on the survey of the common P.E.teacher current situation of universities of Gansu province , the present conditions of P.E. teacher were discussed, such as the teacher's working state , teacher's proportion , academic credentials , professional title , age composition , etc.. and the strategies were presented. the conclusion was useful to improve the add teacher's quality improve the their quality and promote the development of physical education . |
