| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查法,分析三门峡市城市社区体育的现状,发现存在组织管理混乱,场地器材匮乏,指导人员缺乏,经费投入不足等问题,在此基础上,提出了加强硬件建设,培训、引进指导人员,推广多种项目,加大经费投入,加强组织管理等对策,以促进三门峡市城市社区体育运动的发展.

| Abstract: | Using the method of questionnaire investigation, the study analyzes the present situations of city community sports in Sanmenxia City, finds out the organization management confusion, such as lack of facilities, lack of guidance, inadequate funding and other problems. On the basis, the study puts forward to strengthen the hardware construction, training, the introduction of guidance, promotion of various projects, enlarging the funds investment, to strengthen the organization and management countermeasures, to promote the development of the Sanmenxia community sports. |
