| 摘 要： | 在几千年的历史长河中,中华民族创造出了许多的灿烂文化,有些民族文化已被国人给遗忘,有些民族文化已超越民族的界限,被其他民族发扬光大.作为民族体育文化的瑰宝——武术,却能长久不衰的屹立于中华历史几千年,必有其独特的魅力.提及武术,人们常常关注的是其外在形式,而往往忽略其文化内涵.文章试图以兵家、道家、佛家、儒家的思想精髓为背景,挖掘传统武术的魅力,从而了解传统武术的文化内涵,以尽中华儿女微薄之力,同时希望中国的传统武术家能够引领我们的民族传统武术走出国门、走向世界.

| Abstract: | In the long history of several thousands of years, Chinese nation created many a splendid culture, some national culture has been forgotten by the people, some national culture beyond national boundaries, are carried forward by other nations. However, as the treasure of national sports culture, Wushu, but it can long long stand in thousand years of history, which shows that Wushu has its unique charm! Mention of Wushu, people often focus on its external form, but often ignore its cultural connotation. This article attempts to analyze the charm of traditional Wushu, with the essence of Taoist, Buddhist, Confucian thoughts, to understand the traditional Wushu cultural connotation, to do some contributions for Wushu development, at the same time hopes that China＇s traditional Wushu masters can lead traditional Wushu toward the outside world. |
