| 摘 要： | 在竞技武术套路中,认识动作结构是我们正确把握动作规律的必备条件,也是进一步揭示武术套路运动规律和探求动作技术优化规律的根本途径。文章试图通过对动作结构的定义、构成要素等基本问题进行分析和梳理,从探讨武术套路的单个动作构成要素、组合动作结构规律、难度动作结构特点等基本要素入手,以从理论上改善教练员的训练思维,帮助他们找出科学训练的方法及其套路编排的规律。从而为竞技武术套路向"高、难、新、美"的发展,提供新的认识途径与方法。

| Abstract: | In competitive Wushu routine, the command of movement structure is essential to the study of movement rule and the optimization rule of movement technique. Based on the analysis of the definition and elements of movement structure and studying of the single movement element, group movement law and difficulty movement features, the paper contributes a lot in changing the coaches' training thinking model and helping them to find the scientific and reasonable training methods and Wushu routine movement arrangement methods. In addition, the paper deals with how to make the competitive Wushu routine higher, newer, more difficult and more enjoyable. |
