| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山西省15所普通高校民族传统体育教学在培养目标、授课时间、教学内容和方法以及学生学习兴趣等问题进行分析,进而提出高校体育教学要以终身体育、健康教育为主导思想,培养学生具有民族传统体育健身的能力,并对民族传统体育教学改革提出具体措施和建议.
