| 摘 要： | 创新型冰雪体育硕士培养对发展区域经济、提升冰雪文化有着重要的作用，哈尔滨体育学院作为黑龙江省唯一一所高等学府，肩负着创新型冰雪体育硕士培养的重要使命。通过分析哈尔滨体育学院冰雪体育硕士的培养现状，围绕“德”、“贤”、“智”、“能”及社会贡献度提出创新型冰雪体育硕士培养在培养目标、课程设置、评价体系上的三大对策和与之相应的修订课程，建立实践基地，完善评价体系，创建学术氛围、引入竞争机制，创设多种实践、教学环节五大措施，摒弃以往注重理论研究，忽视技能培养，致使人才培养规格不能适应社会经济发展实际需要的弊端，发挥哈尔滨体育学院创新型体育高层次人才的培养优势，以期完善和提升地方院校在创新型体育硕士人才培养的全新路径，从而真正提升人才培养质量，促进区域经济的发展。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative master of ice and snow physical education plays an important role in developing regional economy and promoting the culture of ice and snow, harbin sports university as the only institution of higher learning in heilongjiang province, which shoulders an important mission of cultivating innvative master of ice and snow physical education. by analyzing the present situation of cultivating master of ice and snow physical education in harbin sports university, put forward three strategies of cultivating master of ice and snow physical education in harbin sports university on cultivating goals, curriculum setting, evaluation system and related revised curriculum around“morals”,“virtuous”,“intelligence”,“ability”, and contribution to society, establishing practice bases, perfect evaluation system, create academic atmosphere, introducing competition mechanism, create a variety of practice and teaching, to abandon the past disadvantages which focus on theoretical research, ignore training skills so that the cultivation of talents can not adapt to the actual requirement of social and economic development, producing advantages of cultivating innovative physical high–level talents in harbin sports university, aimed at perfecting and improving the new way of cultivating innotvative master of ice and snow physical education of local universities, so as to truly improve the quality of cultivating talents, promoting the development of regional economy. |
