| 摘 要： | 现代运动训练发展趋势突出表现为专项化、实战化和个体化,短道速度滑冰运动员的战术意识反映了运动员在比赛场上的技战术应用水平,短道速度滑冰运动员的战术意识的培养是提高其比赛实力与战术水平的关键环节,对提高运动成绩具有重要的意义。短道速度滑冰运动员的战术意识具有战术行动的预见性、准确的判断性、战术思维灵活性、战术配合的协同性等特点,深刻认识短道速滑的项目特点、规律,及时总结观摩与比赛经验,培养运动员敏锐的临场观察能力、判断能力和决策能力,提高运动员的综合素质,进行战术模拟训练是培养运动员战术意识的主要训练手段。

| Abstract: | Modern trend of sports training development obviously shows the specialization,competitive generalization and individuation.The tactical consciousness of short track speed skaters reflects their ability of technical and tactical application in competitions.The cultivation of tactical consciousness is a key for improving their competitive strength and tactical performance,and is significant for developing their athletic achievement.The characteristics of their tactical consciousness relate to the tactical well foreseeability,judgment and cooperativity with mental flexibility.It indicates that the main training means of cultivating the short track speed skaters’ tactical consciousness are to well understand the sports characteristics and laws,summarize in time the competitive experience,develop own ability of keen observation,judgment and decision-making,improve the comprehensive quality and have the training of imitated tactics. |
