| 摘 要： | 我国冬季运动项目可持续发展可以促进冬奥项目事业的发展,是经济增长的又一亮点。认为冬季运动项目竞争整体实力尚且不足、冬季运动项目市场发展不均衡与资源利用与开发不合理、经费不足、缺少冬季运动项目体育产业人才等是影响冬季运动项目可持续发展的主要因素,处理不好冬季全民健身运动和冬季竞技体育运动的关系、管理体制落后是冬季运动项目可持续发展所面临的基本矛盾。提出采取继续深化冬季运动项目的改革,主动面向社会、依托社会去谋求快速发展;大力发展我国冬季全民健身,使群众体育与冰雪旅游融合为一;加强冰雪运动指导人员的培养和社区性冰雪运动的组织管理;继续深化冬季项目训练管理体制的改革,加大冬季运动项目的科学研究等措施与对策,促进冬季运动项目可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of China winter sports may advance the Chinese sports projects of winter Olympics as a new economic fountain.
