| 摘 要： | 通过多年对沈阳体育学院竞技体校速滑队运动员16人(健将6人,国家一级运动员10人)的非冰期训练的研究,并根据研究需要,查阅了大量的相关书籍和文献,通过访谈几名速滑专业教练员对本研究的意见,认识并发现陆上专门性所存在速滑技术是一个相对不稳定的因素、技术训练上存在差距等问题.把采用的专门性训练方法和手段进行比较和分析,重点探析陆地专门性训练中不同的问题采用针对性较强的训练方法和动作对冰上技术和运动成绩的影响,为陆地专门性训练提供有效的训练方法.

| Abstract: | By studying on the non-ice training of 16 athlets from Speed Skating Team of Competitive Sports School of Shenyang Sport Univerisity for many years(6 master sportsmen,10 national first class athletes),and according to the need of reserch,looking up a lot of related books and documents,with the opinion on the study by interviewing some professional speed skating coaches,know and find that the technology of speed skating is a relatively unstable factor and gaps of technical training exist on the land. Comparison and analysis of the method and mean of specialized training,pay attention to discuss the influence which different problems using targeted training methods and movements affect the skaing technology and performance in specialized traning. |
