| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省拥有良好的冰雪体育产业发展的社会与人文基础,对促进区域经济的发展具有重大作用。采用文献分析和实地调查相结合的方法,提出更新冰雪体育产业理念、构建多层次市场格局,改革冰雪体育产业管理体制、实行自主经营机制,重视冰雪体育产业战略研究、优先发展竞技冰雪体育,加强冰雪体育产业队伍建设,利用各类比赛契机、形成多元化产业规模优势等发展冰雪体育产业的基本策略。

| Abstract: | In Heilongjiang province,the well basis of society and humanity in developing the ice-snow sports industry has important function to promote the development of local economy.With the method combining documentary information and field survey,the article suggests some basic strategies for developing the ice-snow industry to update the idea of ice-snow sports industry,to set up multi market layouts,to reform the management system of ice-snow sports industry,to practise the independent trade mechanism,to enhance the strategic study on ice-snow sports industry,to have a top-priority development of competitive ice-snow sports,to reinforce the team building of ice-snow sports industry,to make use of the chances of various competition,to shape a pluralistic scale advantage of ice-snow sports industry. |
