| 摘 要： | 根据中年知识分子的身体和工作特点，对目前重要的机能测评方法按照循证医学Meta分析的原理进行了分析和筛选，研究推荐了“中年知识分子机能评估体系”。该机能评估体系包括：心率和心力监测下的6min步行试验；时间肺活量(10s)；身体支持指数；身体成分指数；平衡能力指数；活动指数；运动能力指数；生理学年龄和实际年龄的评估。

| Abstract: | According to the working and physical character of middle-age intellectuals,this paper makes analysis and selection according to the rule of EBM (Evidence-Based Medicine) and Meta-analyzing.Based on it,evaluation system of physical function for middle-age intellectuals is put forwarded.This evaluation system consists of six minutes walking test under supervision of cardiac contractility monitoring,timed vital capacity (10 second),Weight body index,body composition index,balance ability index,activity index,exercise ability index,physiological and actual age. |
