间歇性低氧训练对脑组织及神经系统的影响

摘    要:根据一些资料报道,间歇性低氧训练是一种利用低氧仪模拟高原训练的方法,它能够提高呼吸系统和循环系统的抗缺氧能力,为了研究它对脑组织及神经系统的影响效果,本文作者分别对小鼠和人作了间歇性低氧训练的实验。用实验室实验法。小鼠的实验结果显示两组小鼠脑组织丙二醛酸(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量存在差异,接受间歇性低氧训练的小鼠脑MDA含量低于非间歇性低氧训练的小鼠,而SOD含量却较高。对15名女大学生的实验结果显示,实验组受试者除两人在两项心理测试中没有进步外,心理测试的成绩都取得较大的进步;实验组和对照组的心理测试结果存在较大的差异,实验组强于对照组。研究显示间歇性低氧训练对改善脑组织的抗缺氧能力、提高缺氧条件下的神经反应能力有明显的效果。建议:将间歇性低氧训练作为一种运动训练的辅助方法加以推广。

Abstract:Interval hypoxia training (IHT) is a method of using low oxygen instrument to simulate hypoxia training. I can improve the anti hypoxia capability of the breath and the circulatory system. To study its effect on the brain tissue and nervous system, the authors made IHT experiment with mice and human separately. In the experiment of mice, the results showed that the mice receiving IHT had a lower level of MDA but a higher level of SOD than the others. In the experiment of fifteen female college students, the results showed that most subjects got great improvement on the mental tests except just two in very few tests. There were clear differences between the experiment and the control group in the results of all tests, with former better than the later. It is indicated that IHT has obvious effect on improving the anti hypoxic capability of brain tissue and nervous system in hypoxic condition. Suggestion was made that IHT as an assistant way of sports training should be more used.
