| 摘 要： | 体育生活方式的评价指标涉及生理学、心理学、社会学等领域基本指标，评价指标经过权重后，筛选为3个不同级别指标。而评价指标体系的建立在结构上由评价指标、指标权重、评价标准三部分组成；经过了确定评价对象和目标、确定评价指标体系、确定评价指标的权重、设计评价标准等4个步骤。指标体系的建立、指标权重的确定以及评价标准的制定，标志着小康社会居民体育生活方式的多元化评价体系的完成。体育生活方式评价指标体系可使体育生活方式更加规范，是对体育生活方式的填补和提高，为人们的体育生活的理论和实践研究开拓了新空间。

| Abstract: | The evaluation index of sports life style involved some basis index of physiology, psychology and sociology and filtrate different indexes on three levels by through statistics of weightiness. The structure of evaluation index system is made up of evaluation index,index weightiness and evaluation standard in which covered with making certain evaluation object and goal, fixing on evaluation index system,confirming weightiness of evaluation index and design evaluation standard so is indicated that the synthesis evaluation system of well-being community sports life style have accomplished. The evaluation index system of sports life style may improve,fill up and criterion sports life style so as to exploit a new domain for sports life theory and practical research. |
