上海与美国南加州部分中学体育课健身指标变量值的比较研究

摘    要:研究目的:初步确立学校体育课健身目标“可控性和非可控性变量”的基本框架,对中、美两国部分中学体育课的健身指标变量值进行比较。研究方法:以上海市部分中学为样本,对可控性变量中的学生活动状态和生理代谢值进行记录和测试,并于美国加利福尼亚州南部的中学调查资料进行比较。结论:上海地区部分中学体育课教学更符合健身目标的要求。

Abstract:The purpose is to establish the basic frame of controllable and uncontrollable variables for school physical education objective,and makes comparison on variable indicators value between China and American high schools.The sample is selected from some high schools in Shanghai,and exercise condition and physiological metabolic value of students in controllable variables are recorded and measured.Investigation data from high schools in southern part of California is compared and statistics.The result shows that values of most variables are better than that of schools in southern region of California.The conclusion is that physical education classes of high schools in Shanghai are more consistent with fitness objectives.
