| 摘 要： | 为全面了解西部地区农村公共体育服务情况,以国家西部大开发战略包括的12个省、自治区、直辖市镇(乡)和行政村的体育服务供给为研究对象,采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访问调查及统计分析法分别对镇(乡)、行政村公共体育服务供给的现状进行了社会调查,并对调查结果进行了分析与研究.主要结论:农村公共体育服务在镇(乡)村新农村建设中的地位低、供给的低水平、缺乏针对性以及供给的机制缺陷是西部农村公共体育服务存在的主要问题;加强西部地区农村公共体育服务的供给要从数量、质量和持续性三方面入手. |
