肌疲劳时诱发肌电图M波和H波的变化特点

摘    要:采用等长性足关节底屈运动形式 ,对比目鱼肌疲劳发生过程中诱发肌电图的 H波和 M波变化特征进行观察分析。结果表明 :运动中 Hm ax明显增加现象 ,表明在肌肉收缩时脊髓 α运动神经元受到了明显的促通作用 ;运动过程中 Mmax逐渐降低 ,说明神经—肌肉接头传递机制改变 ,也可能是导致肌肉收缩力下降的主要原因之一 ;肌疲劳后 H/Mmax比率明显降低 ,并且在运动停止 30 m in后仍未恢复正常。说明蓄积在肌肉组织中的代谢产物 ,可以较长时间对 · 类感觉神经纤维末梢的化学性感受器进行刺激 ,使 · 类感觉神经纤维传入冲动增加 ,抑制了脊髓α运动神经元的兴奋性。

Abstract:Isometric pedes articulation plantar flexion is adopted for this study,the author makes observation and analysis on character of eEMG (evoking electromyogram) H wave and M wave while soleus muscle experiences fatigue.The result shows that the increment of Hmax during exercise represents that spinal alpha-motoneurons is obviously accelerated during muscle contracts.The decrease of Mmax during exercise expresses that the transfer mechanism of neuromuscular junction is changed or may be one of the main reasons to make decline contraction force of muscle.After muscle fatigue,H/Mmax ratio drops significantly,and fails to return to normal in 30 minutes after stopping exercise.This means that the metabolic product accumulated in muscle tissue can stimulate the chemoreceptor bringing into ending of III.IV afferent fibers so as to make it increase nerve impulse and inhibit the excitability of spinal alpha-motoneurons.
