| 摘 要： | 对辽宁省青年女子篮球队运动员训练期间的多项生理、生化指标进行了测试与分析，发现某些生理、生化指标不仅能客观的评定女子篮球运动员训练的效果，同时，对掌握运动负荷和恢复情况亦有积极作用。

| Abstract: | This paper makes testing and analysis on multiindex of physiology and biochemistry of Liaoning junior woman basketball players during training.The result shows that some indexes of physiology and biochemistry can not only evaluate the training effect objectively,but also has positive affect to know training load and recovery. |
